Fairway Pines consists of 34 Townhomes bordering the Ninth Hole of the Osprey Course at Eagle Bend Golf Club, one of the premier golf courses in Montana.  Located in Bigfork, Montana, Fairway Pines is one of several communities collectively known as Harbor Village.  It is situated between the Flathead River and the Eagle Bend Golf Club.  A short walk or golf cart ride away is the Eagle Bend Yacht Harbor, considered the finest marina on Flathead Lake.  Also within walking distance is the driving range, club house and restaurant. Close by is the Montana Athletic Club.  Fairway Pines is ideally situated for both leisure and recreational activity in the midst of the beauty and wildlife of the Flathead Valley. Fairway Pines is governed by Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions (CC&Rs) that are administered by the Fairway Pines Mutual Benefit Corporation.  In concert with the other communities within Harbor Village, this organization is committed to preserving and protecting the appearance and character of both the area and the Fairway Pines townhomes.
